Privacy

Last updated 2026-05-07.

Cue is published by KARMA DIGITAL S.A.S. ("Karma Digital"), a company organized under the laws of Uruguay. This policy explains what data Cue collects and what it does not.

Short version

Cue runs on your Mac. It does not send screenshots, recordings, prompts, transcripts, or any other content from your machine to Karma Digital or to any third party.

What leaves your machine

Two outbound network calls are part of the product itself:

Cue does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There is no telemetry, no crash reporter that uploads automatically, and no usage metrics sent home.

Your LLM provider

Cue is an MCP server. The agent you connect to Cue (Claude Code, or another MCP-compatible client) is a separate program that you choose, install, and authorize. Whatever data that agent sends to its model provider is governed by that agent's and that provider's terms, not by Cue. Cue has no relationship with your LLM provider.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Paddle collects the information needed to process your payment and to comply with tax law in your jurisdiction. See Paddle's privacy notice at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Karma Digital receives a record of your purchase from Paddle that includes your email address, the country used for tax, and the transaction identifier. We use that record to issue your license, to answer support questions, and to comply with our own tax and accounting obligations.

Email

If you write to support@cue.ar, we keep that email so we can answer it and so we have a record of the conversation. Inbound mail is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to a private mailbox.

This site

The site you are reading is a static set of HTML pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not set cookies. It does not embed third-party scripts other than the Paddle.js script that loads only when you click the buy button.

Your rights

Write to support@cue.ar if you would like to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Since the data we hold is essentially the purchase record from Paddle, a deletion request usually means asking Paddle to remove the underlying record as well; we will guide you through that.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will move and the change will be summarized in the changelog at /changelog.
