Refund

KARMA DIGITAL S.A.S. ("Karma Digital") offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on every Cue purchase. If Cue is not working for you, write to support@cue.ar within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

How it works

• Email support@cue.ar from the address you used at checkout, or include your Paddle order ID. You do not need to give a reason.
• We acknowledge your request and submit the refund to Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method.
• Bank settlement timelines vary by card and country and are outside our control. Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, your Cue license is deactivated. The app will continue to launch but will return to the unactivated state. You may purchase again at any time.

Outside 30 days

Refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion. If something is genuinely broken on our end and you have only just noticed, write to us and we will work it out.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy is offered in addition to any consumer-protection rights granted to you under the law of your country of residence. It does not limit or replace those rights.
